Details:

This 2 hour workshop will cover taping of common upper limb injuries as well as a brief overview of the anatomy and causes of each injury. This will allow participants to have a better understanding what taping technique to use on common upper limb injuries and understand why a health professional has asked the athlete or player to be taped that way.

This is to be presented by a sports physiotherapist.

The workshop will cover:

Common upper limb sporting injuries
How to tape those injuries/areas - thumb, wrist, elbow, shoulder, hand
Common Tests
