South Australian Sports Medicine Association’s (SASMA) Sports Taping workshops provide participants with practical injury prevention sports taping skills. The intermediate taping workshop will cover upper and lower limb taping.

Requirements:

Please come dressed appropriately for sports taping demonstrations (sports bras, singlets, shorts etc). All tape and resources will be supplied by SASMA.
