Sports Trainer Education Session - Knee and Hamstring Workshop

This Sports Trainer Education Session will cover the latest information on knee and hamstrings from a management, rehab and surgery perspective. The workshop will cover:

ACL Rehab - When is it safe to train?
Meniscal tears
ACL Surgery
Hamstrings Injuries - Can we avoid them?

Ally Russell, Sports Physiotherapist, and Dr Roger Paterson, Orthopaedic Surgeon, will be presenting the session.
