Sideline Help Course

Keep your players safe and confident on game day.

The Sideline Help course is a practical, sport-focused workshop designed for community sport, schools, and clubs, taking standard first aid skills and applies them directly to sport — helping participants recognise, manage, and respond to injuries with confidence.

In two hours, participants learn essential skills in:

  • Injury prevention and management

  • On-field injury assessment

  • Concussion awareness

  • Managing medical conditions

  • Wound care

Perfect for parents, volunteers, coaches, teachers, and students, this course helps build a safer, better-prepared sporting community.
