Concussion Legacy Foundation Panel

SASMA CEO, Danielle Grant-Cross, Joins Concussion Legacy Foundation Australia Memorial Round Brunch Panel
SASMA is proud to be supporting the Concussion Legacy Foundation Australia (CLFA) Memorial Round Brunch at Norwood Oval this Saturday, 9 August.
Our CEO, Danielle Grant-Cross, will be participating as a panel member during the event, contributing to important conversations surrounding concussion awareness, athlete wellbeing, and community support.
The Memorial Round Brunch brings together industry leaders, advocates, health professionals, and community members to raise awareness of the long-term impacts of concussion and the importance of education, prevention, and support for those affected.
We are also honoured to be supporting Wendy Smith, founder of Happy Lids, who will be sharing her experiences and insights as part of the panel discussions. Wendy has been a passionate advocate for concussion awareness and support.
Danielle’s involvement reflects SASMA’s ongoing commitment to supporting initiatives that strengthen community wellbeing, promote education, and create meaningful conversations around health and safety in sport.
The event will be held in the Wolf Blass Room at Norwood Oval and forms part of the Concussion Legacy Foundation Australia’s Memorial Round activities.
Thank you to the South Australian Government and the Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing for their funding of this program supporting safe participation in sport and activity across SA. Learn more about SASMA’s Concussion Education Program here.
