Inviting the local Sporting Community to join us for a Sideline Help and Basic Taping Course this May, being held at the South Augusta Football Club, Port Augusta.

This practical workshop is perfect for everyone - players, coaches, administrators, parents, teachers, officials and volunteers.

The workshop covers a range of injury prevention and management principles, including soft and hard tissue injuries. Additionally, the Sideline Help component covers head, trunk and spinal injuries, including Sports Related Concussion - recognising the signs and symptoms, red flags, removal from play, referrals, and return to play.

The Basic Taping component introduces attendees to sports taping principles and techniques. You will have the opportunity to practice taping of the ankle, fingers and thumb.
