Level 2 Sports Trainer

The Level 2 Sports Trainer course is designed to build upon skills learnt in the Level 1 Sports Trainer Course. Couple with industry experience, the Level 2 Sports Trainer course involves a number of modules that aim to improve a trainer's skills and knowledge of the provision of first aid and sports medicine services.

Why become a Level 2 Sports Trainer?

Prerequisites are:

  • Minimum 50 hours or 12 months as an Accredited Level 1 Sports Trainer

  • Current Provide First Aid and CPR Certificates (with 3 months validity)

  • Current Sports Integrity/Play By the Rules Modules - access here - the required modules are;
    1. PBTR - Harassment and Discrimination
    2. Safeguarding Children and Young People in Sport Induction

  • Current Asthma First Aid for Sport Certificate - access here
