Thank you to our honorary Solicitor, Mr Chris Wellington for another year of service (26!) and to our honorary Accountant, Mr Will Miliauskas for a great first year with SASMA.
We farewell three council members following the end of their Council terms, former President Dr David Spurrier, current Treasurer Sean Murphy as well as Carlie Altmann (Chair, Education Working Party). We thank them for their commitment and service to SASMA over a number of years and look forward to seeing them remain as members and involved through our education and networking events. All will be formally thanked at the AGM in March.
SASMA is now accepting 2023 Council nominations in preparation for the upcoming AGM and please note the date – Sunday March 5th. Nomination papers for 2023 Council positions can be found attached to this email. If you are interested in applying for the Council and would like to speak with a current Council member or staff member, please reach out. The AGM and professional members Sports Medicine Conference will be combined.
