- Criteria used at elite level to progress through the stages of recovery
- Best practice rehabilitation models focusing on the research
- The use of gelatin to promote collagen synthesis for injury prevention and tissue repair
- The latest research on brain function & resilience and how this relates specifically to injury & rehabilitation
